Do you need step-by-step instructions to guide you through placing an order on the LES website, whether you’re purchasing a paid product or accessing a free resource?

You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card. Follow the steps below to complete your purchase on the LES website or view a PDF with screenshots

Step 1: Add to Cart and Proceed to Checkout

  1. Click Add to cart for your chosen product.
  2. When ready, click Proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Log In or Create an Account

  • Returning customers
    Click Returning customer? Click here to login and enter your email and password.
    • If you’ve forgotten your password, click Lost your password?, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email.
    • Once logged in, your saved billing details will appear automatically.
  • New customers
    Enter your billing details, including your email address, and create a password to set up your account.

Step 3: Review Order Details

Below your billing details, you’ll see:

  • The product name
  • The price

Check that these are correct.

Step 4: Choose Payment Method

  1. Under Payment, you’ll see:
    “Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.”
  2. Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Click Proceed to PayPal.

If any required fields are missing, you’ll need to complete them before you can continue.

Step 5: Pay with a Credit or Debit Card (as a Guest)

  1. You’ll be taken to a PayPal page.
  2. Click Pay with a Card (do not log into PayPal).
  3. Enter your email address when prompted – PayPal will use this to send your payment confirmation.
  4. Click Continue to Payment.

Step 6: Enter Card Details

  1. Review the billing details that appear (from your LES checkout).
  2. Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC.
  3. Complete any missing required fields.
  4. Uncheck the option that says “Save information & create your PayPal account.”
  5. Click Pay now as guest.

You’ll be returned to the LES website and will receive an email confirmation of your successful purchase.

You can order free products on the LES website by following the steps below.
Even though the product is free, you’ll still need to complete the checkout process so your order is recorded, confirmation is sent to your email, and the free product is added to your account dashboard for easy access.

Step 1: Add the Product to Your Cart

  1. Go to the product page for the free item you would like to order.
  2. Click Add to cart.
  3. Once the item has been added, click View cart or go directly to Proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Go to the Checkout Page

You’ll see a summary of your order, including:

  • The product name
  • The price (which will display as $0.00)

When you’re ready to continue, click Proceed to checkout.

Step 3: Log In or Create an Account

  • If you’re a returning customer:
    Click Returning customer? Click here to login, then enter your email and password to sign in.
    • If you’ve forgotten your password, click Lost your password?, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email.
    • Once logged in, your saved billing details will appear automatically.
  • If you’re a new customer:
    Complete the Billing Details form.
    • Include your name, address, and email address (this is where your order confirmation will be sent).
    • Create a password to set up your LES account for future orders.

Step 4: Review Your Order

Scroll down to the Your Order section.
Check that the product name and total amount ($0.00) are correct.

Step 5: Accept the Terms and Conditions

Before you can place your order, tick the box confirming you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

Step 6: Complete Your Order

  1. Once all required fields are complete, click Place order.
  2. You’ll be directed to a confirmation page that says:
    “Thank you. Your order has been received.”

Step 7: Check Your Email

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
If your free product includes downloadable files or access links, these will be provided in the email as well as on your account page.

Optional: Access Your Account

If you created an account during checkout, you can log in anytime to:

  • View your past orders
  • Access your current courses
  • Download any certificates received
  • Update your details for future purchases

Go to the My Account page on the LES website and sign in using your email and password.
