Discussion of your case study as part of the mentoring program is designed to support your clinical reasoning, assessment skills, and management strategies. Other participants will also benefit from the shared learning and discussion.

To make the most of the mentoring session, please provide some background information about your client. This will be shared during the session. The form is intended to guide you on the information that is most helpful to collect and consider.
