Registration Payment

To secure your place, an initial registration payment of $810 (one-third of the course fee) is required. This payment reserves your place in this limited-capacity course and is non-refundable should you withdraw or be unable to attend for any reason.

The remaining balance of $1,620 will be invoiced on 16 October 2026 and is due by 16 November 2026.

Full payment must be received before access to the online learning component, which commences on 16 December 2026.

  • Distance learning: starts 16 December 2026
  • Face-to-face dates block: 24 February – 28 February 2027
  • Registration: Wednesday 24 February 2007 between 8.00 – 8.30am
  • Course times: 8.00am – 5.30pm approximately except the final day which will finish at approximately 12.30pm

As part of the course, you will do a practical component on bioimpedance. Please provide the following details for this.

The following agreement is made between the participant registering for the course (as indicated on this registration form) and Lymphoedema Education Solutions (LES).

Payment and Refund Policy
Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email outlining the course payment schedule.
To secure a place in the course, an initial registration payment of one-third (1/3) of the course fee is required. This payment reserves the participant’s place in this limited-capacity course and is non-refundable should the participant withdraw or be unable to attend for any reason.
The remaining balance of the course fee (two-thirds) will be invoiced approximately two months before the commencement of the online learning component and must be paid by the due date specified by Lymphoedema Education Solutions (LES).
Full payment must be received before participants will be granted access to the online learning component of the course.
If full payment is not received by the due date, LES reserves the right to cancel the participant’s registration and offer the place to another participant.
The full course fee becomes non-refundable from the commencement date of the online learning.

Course Cancellation
Notification of participant cancellations must be provided by email to [info@lymphoedemaeducation.com.au](mailto:info@lymphoedemaeducation.com.au).
Places are limited and minimum and maximum participant numbers apply. Practical workshop sessions are completed in pairs; therefore, even participant numbers are required.
In the unlikely event that LES cancels the course prior to the commencement of the online learning, all payments received, including the initial registration payment, will be refunded in full.

Scope of Practice
The applicant acknowledges and understands that the course is designed for practitioners with suitable existing health professional qualifications. The course description identifies which types of health professional qualifications are required. The applicant undertakes to the course provider that it is suitably qualified in accordance with the course prerequisites and holds a current registration.
